Andrew Buser Dr. Buser, DC, CSCS has developed an extensive system of functional postural and movement evaluation to uncover underlying and often overlooked muscle imbalances and dysfunctions that can contribute to strain, degenerative processes, inflammation, and pain to focus on exercise strategies, regimens and tools that support the client in taking the primary role in their own healing. Many cases of joint and muscle pain are due to muscle imbalances, joint misalignments and inflammation. Through this unique and empowering approach, clients become increasingly self-aware, and eventually capable of healing themselves, preventing injuries and maximizing their health and performance potentials themselves. Maintaining neuro-musculo-skeletal balance is fundamental to painless freedom of movement, as well as achieving any level of performance goals. This is regardless of your lifestyle or athletic pursuits. Aside from those who still live the “hunter-gatherer” lifestyle of our ancestors, almost anyone can benefit from the Body-Balance Exercise approach to corrective exercise. While many other approaches to corrective exercise rely on machines or bands, The Buser Institute Body-Balance Exercises focus on natural body movements and the simple use of gravity as the primary means of challenge and resistance. This core principle reinforces natural muscle recruitment patterns and restores the body’s intrinsic musculoskeletal balance. It unlocks the body’s potential to heal itself, move with ease and live a pain free life. Learn how to support and train your body to function in a healthy, natural state and eliminate chronic pain for good. Buser Institute Body-Balance Exercises empower clients by giving them the knowledge and ability to assist in their own healing. Through individualized corrective structural exercises clients balance their own bodies for a pain free and active life.
