Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is a program offering training to assist individuals struggling with emotional and physical difficulties. In this 4-week group series, led by Dr. Jonathan Feiner, we will discover how mindfulness can help us:

  • Cultivate greater compassion for ourselves and others

  • Reduce stress, depression, and anxiety

  • Connect to our values and make peace with pain

  • Live more fully in the present moment
