Dr. Jennifer Pallone is a board-certified neurologist with 25 years of experience. Currently practicing with Nuvance Health’s Movement Disorders Center in Poughkeepsie New York based at Vassar Brothers Medical Center providing subspecialty neurological care to patients with disorders such as Essential Tremor, Dystonia, Parkinson’s Disease, Huntington’s Disease, and Tourette’s Syndrome.
Practice experience includes many years as director of The Aging Brain and Movement Disorders Clinic in northwest Indiana at The Neurological Institute and Specialty Centers followed by practice with Northwestern Medicine Regional Medical Group in the Neurodegenerative Diseases Center/Movement Disorders Section.

Brian Harris completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Maine and went on to receive his masters in Music Therapy, becoming a Board-Certified Music Therapist with specialized training in Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT). He later received advanced training in the field, becoming one of only 350 people in the world with the distinction of NMT Fellow. Harris was hired as the first NMT at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston, where, in 2015, he founded the clinical division of MedRhythms focusing on stroke, brain injury, and neurologic disease. With his continued leadership, the therapy practice has grown into the most comprehensive NMT program in the country.
Caitlin Hebb, MT-BC, NMT/F, is the Clinical Operations Manager and NMT for MedRhythms Therapy. She graduated from Berklee College of Music with a degree in Music Therapy, and received her fellowship in Neurologic Music Therapy from The Academy for Neurologic Music Therapy. Caitlin is also the Internship Director for MedRhythms, Inc at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital where she primarily works with patients on the traumatic brain injury, stroke, and spinal cord units. She is passionate about education and advocacy, and has spoken at several regional and national conferences. In addition, she leads cutting edge groups, including the Boston University Aphasia Community Chorus. Caitlin also serves on the board of The New England Region of The American Music Therapy Association as the Interprofessional Collaborative Resources Representative. Besides music, Caitlin’s favorite pass-time involves going to a top-notch coffee shop and enjoying a vanilla latte with a friend. She knows all of the best coffee shops in Boston!
Stian Berg Hansen, MT-BC, Neurologic Music Therapist Fellow, NMT/F, graduated from Berklee College of Music with degrees in Music Therapy and Music Technology. While at Berklee he discovered a passion for music and neuroscience, and completed his Neurologic Music Therapy training after his internship at Massachusetts General Hospital. At MedRhythms Inc. Stian leads groups at various facilities in the New England region, sees clients for in-home sessions, and does per-diem work at the Spaulding hospitals. Besides music therapy Stian enjoys running, hiking, and keeping busy as a hobby programmer.
Alexander Tressor is a broadway dancer and ballet instructor who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2007. He founded PDOnTheMove.com to share the exercise programs and lifestyle changes that have worked for him fight back against Parkinson’s.
